I have 2 female Darwins which are 2 1\2 years old they are just over 1 kg and 5ft there is not much difference between their body size but the size of their heads is very different with one being nearly double the size of the other. Is this normal or is it something i should be worried about?

Wow that's quite significant huh? I've always been interested in head sizes - heard many things about head size being a result of their food size etc etc (although I have no idea myself)

Might go do some reading!!

i think it comes down to the individual. i have one snake that is large and has a smallish head and others that are smaller and have a larger head. I dont think its anything to worry about as it happens with alot of people pythons. The only place i could see problem is if you where chain feeding the snake meal ever 2 or 3 days, iv heard the head will grow slower than the body if you do this.

It's like people some have a large head and a little knowledge but talk a lot due to their large head, others have a little head but lots of knowledge. The second being the kind most people like.... Or did you mean literally?
