dusting crickets.......how often ?

how often should I dust my beardies crickets?
I feed him about 5 medium crickets a night and was wondering if I should dust them every night or once a week ?
Whats recomended and what works for you ?

every second day - my pattern

calcium dusk - nothing - vitamin dust - nothing - calcium ect

cool...thanks for that.
I thought i was dusting to often.....every night mixed calcium and multi vite.
He seemed to be getting compacted.......but a warm bath and a gut massage fixed that.
I will cut back and follow your advice.
