How soon do snake eggs disclour when they have died/gone bad?
Do perfectly coloured eggs still not hatch?

An unfirtilized egg will usually discolour and turn ayelklowy colour within a week.
if you shine small torch into the eggs it shouild give an indication of whats inside.

Mine all look really good, only two weeks to go. two have transparent spots through which I can see the young snake developing (not vivid, but distinct colouring in contrast to the yolk that is visible)

they sound like moisture spots, how long have they been incubating? you might want to decrease humidity slightly. are they multiple spots? slight chance it may be that the embrio's have developed their egg tooth and moving around in the egg its dabbing the shell.

The spots were there from the onset. I just candled them with a small but powerful torch, all very veiny and have nice dark makings inside. I think it's looking good

Yep that sounds good mate, should be fine. Some eggs just develop differently.
