false shed?

hey guys,
just wondering whether snakes can have a false shed? i was sure my childrens was going into shed mode 2 days ago but when i checked him today he has pretty much gone back to normal and doesnt look like he has shed at all??!! does this happen often?

That's normal. If its eyes are cloudy and looked really dull they look good then shed.

The milky fluids will clear up, a few more days(sometimes a week) will pass, and then the snake will shed.

The second one is how long he has gotten... he was cruizing round looking for a feed... Bout to go and feed him now
BTW, Im feeding him 2 fuzzy mice at the moment.. not really sure if this is enough?!. i will try and take some pics...
