hey everyone!

:D my snake is going to have its first slough under my care and i'm excited in a good way. lol yea the snake is going good and well i am so glad i finally got one to shut myself up....lol

hope everyone had a excellent xmas and new year lol and hope the new year resolutions turn out the way you all planed!!

i got a coastal cross jungle from ken griffiths from sydney and its a good healthy snake and besides being under the normal size its perfect!
yea other then that i am glad to get this one becuase its so pretty and i will have a few pics up soon i hope.. no promises till then of corse lol

umm so far its been 2 days and 12hrs and getting rough scales now so i dunno when its going to shed but i just hope i don't miss it like dobermanmick had said its good.... cheers mate

Cool stuff hozy, a slough is great to watch. I considered one of Kens Crosses but went for a Darwin instead. :wink:

Don't hold your breath mate, they always seem to do it when your not around, its quite a spectacle though so keep a good eye on it...

sure will even if i stay up all night lol maby not all night but close to it. hehehe

yea then i can measure the skin and see how long he is if its still intact after the shed
 
If you want to see how long he is you need to measure the snake, not the skin. The skin stretches when they slough.
