I use a Microsoft Gif Animator. You can get good free ones off the net. Other than that I nick them for short periods of time - depending how I feel
The other good thing about the animator is you can change how the gif works - forward/ reverse & time frame. I'm still feeling my way with how they work - but I'm getting better I actually collect the avatars I like when I come across them also - my C-drive is almost full (jokes)
Gif animator is great!! I've used it a few times, it used to be free as a download, don't know anymore. YOu can set the number of times you want it to repeat, or forever.
Alan I think you need to images to start with, then the gif animater creates a sequence. You could do it but would have to much around with the original via photoshop or similar, to get image of bike at various deg upsidedown for sequences. Hope that makes sense.
All animation is simply the rapid replacement of images and there are a number of programs that will help you but such an image. But the files that the Loose Moose are too big for this site to hold, so I am assuming he is using a link to an off site image
Yeah, I do have an off-site link. Everyones mail service provider should allow a little bit of free webspace to users. I got mine through TPG, I had it also through iprimus. This used to be a photo - now it's a spooky cat!
I'm still mucking around with the program. I've still got to get rid of the box around the puddy tat wink:
