Hey Brodes,

I am thinking soon of purchasing a heap colubrids.

If i do i would appreciate anyone up there checking them out for me.
I am trying to source out other breeders of colubrids but can really only find Gts's and Bts's.Looking for slatey's,bockadams,keelbacks and mangrove snakes.

The promised return call yesterday did not eventuate. I think that his attitude is if he can't fill the order he won't communicate back to the potential customer. This causes some customers ( like this little black duck ) to stew and complain at every oppertunity to anyone in earshot.

I rang a while back fuscy i would say 6 months ago.
Got an answer first time.
They didn't have what i was chasing but said they would call back when the certain animals were available.

But they musn't have arrived or something.

But saying that i will still try just in case.

Sdaji please keep me notified on how things eventuate with the keelies.
Has your freing got different lines or r they siblings.Doesn't matter if they r but would prefer to get seperate lines.
Any idea what you will price them at???

The guy <U>PROMISED</U> to call me back on Monday. He didn't. He broke his promise. In my opinion, that is very, very poor service, and at the time of the sale where he can expect to receive money from me. What happens if I have a problem after the sale, do I have to fly up to have my problem looked at after three months of non-returned calls? And then does he then hide until I go away?
If you want to have a retail business you MUST keep customers and potential customers happy. I'm not happy and like most aggrevated customers I'll tell as many people as possible.

Have you also thought that maybe it was wrong of you to post about one of his workers was bitten by a brown snake? I know all the details, how she is etc..but do not find it acceptable to publish such information on a public forum. Posting that kind of crap only gives SnakesNT a bad name.

If you dont like him, take your money else where, simple as that. All you are doing by bad mouthing him is making yourself look like a total dick-head.

I have. It is also well-within my rights to complain if I have lousy service.

I was posting AFTER you had already stated it, different thing entirely. You have already brought it up, it makes no difference when I, or anyone else for that matter brings it up in another thread, because everyone on the internet knows about it, thanks to you.
