So far I had only good experiance with Ben and I said it in the forum. That is all.
I agnolidged that Ben should call you back openly. And that not caling you back is wrong.

I think that here is not ground to criticize my post. But lets forget it anyway.

OMG..............Having read this whole thread, I am pretty surprised at more than a few contributers. Weather in complaint or in defence , the whole thing looks pretty ugly to me.
I dosent relect well on the community either. The person/buissness in question has not yet had the opportunity explain, there may well be very good reason for failure to get in contact, making guesses an assumptions before then, is sheer bad manners.
what happened to a fair go for all ,and benifit of doubt? This kind of thread in a public forum, would certainly have turned me off if i read it, as folk have said, mud sticks, weather its warranted or not.
if it was my buissness, i would be pretty upset to be spoken about this way behind my back.
no doubt this has lost him a few potential customers.
I will not join you all in "for" or "against" mudslinging, I have transaction in process, and proof of service will soon become apparent, i will make up my own mind.
If I am happy with service, I will say so, if not I will keep it to myself. No point in complaining publically, if you buy a car, turns out a lemon, you complain the car yard, not on the internet.

Positive mention, folk will buy, no mention, no influence, their choice. I did not ask peoples opinions of the source before made my choice, and I will live with the results for better or worse. We learn from our choices and descisions, particularly expensive ones.
I beleive in trust till it proves unworthy. My previous remarks were not directed at any individual. As Pete said, poo happens, no member here would appreciate similar treatment.

I find that "constructive" criticism is the best way to go....like "that hat looks crap on you, but......."

Same as for retail outlets, if you didnt like the way your were served, let people know the problem, and also a possible solution.

Although i do agree that if you dont like the service you have recieved you have a right to express your opinion, but thats all it is..YOUR opinion. It is then up to the other consumers/customers to decide for themselves if you are right or not.

What a load of crap. If something isnt right you should keep your mouth shut. When did that become the norm. Where do you live. the old Soviet Block, Iraq China etc. This is Australia mate and if we dont like it you get an earfull and a kick up the jacksy. Fair suck of the sav. Fine line between a fair suck o the sav and and pointless whining Pete. By that reckoning, if i get bad service while buying a a tv set at shop x, I do big disservice to rest of the country if i dont complain to the general populace?
I think we can all, me included, judge the worth of complaining about a particular service or not, for instance, medical negligence at a hospital, would be a different matter, and a word to "a current affair" or something, more than justified, to avoid, danger,or tradegy in the community.
I simply dont complain about everything and anything. Im as australian as You and vegemite,
and proud of it.

Not sure what you mean by flagwavers pete, i dont align myself with anyone, nor deny anyone their uncondition right to complain as much as they like about anything. Im just saying, why complain at the very first little bump the road, Things dont always go smoothly. Please dont attack me personally with political nonsense.
