Get off your high horse. How many times would you expect Fuscus to have to waste his time calling snakes nt before he has the right to complain? I had to go through the same crap three years ago to get an animal replaced which died on me four days after I recieved it. Three months and probably 30 phone calls and only after I got extremely nasty did I get a refund. You would have hoped in three years their business practices would have improved but obviouly not.

Actually, they have recently had a staff change, its no suprise all that crap happened to you when they had a certain someone working for them at that time!

Fuscus has a right to complain, sure. I dont think it is appropiate to do it publically in this forum, if he does have a problem with it, he can speak to Ben himself, if he just get ****ted off beyond belief, there is also the feedback forum.

One thing:
Where Ben is most of the time there is no mobile reception.

As for not answering his emails, well I dunno whats going on there.

Fuscus Looks like he is anoyed by you or something and do not want to deal with you.
I do not know why mate.
I had no problem with my purchase and people like Pythonkisses and some others are communicating with him just fine.
Mabe you can ask Baritji to work out for you what ewer you need from him.
He have bad telephon reception in his place, and he is always on the run somewere.
One thing for sure is that his prices for animals are much cheaper then from most of the other places. He is including price for aircarier in the price of animal so no extra costs.
Pythonkisses have from him hatchie olive for $300 include transport, and transport cost him $50.
For price like this I don't expect superior service and don't mind to put effort in comunication hassle.
Mabe in your case Fuscy he do not like to deal with you. But in that case he should let you know that if this is the case.

if he did promise to call you'd think he would of made the time to call.............or at least called in one of the following days just to let him know what was going on.......biggest thing in selling the the public is PR. Maybe you should call again fuscus, maybe there is a valid reason for him not calling, like be biten by a taipan :twisted: Muahahha (ducks for cover lol)

There is a business rule, for every customer who complains to you there are 10 that complain to their freinds. I think I fall into the latter catagory. I am not going to waste time,money and effort to fix what I see are his problems (though it could be argued that is exactly what I am doing now).

There are three things I think he must do to stay in business.

1/ Every phone call must be answered. What worries me is if I order a package and then need to postpone it for other reason. I don't wan't to not reach him and have the package sit at the airport for five days.

2/ If you promise to return a phone call, do so. Unreturned calls and broken promises just send the customer to another supplier, as what happening

3/ If you don't have an item in stock, don't say "I'll get back to you" and never do. Say "Sorry sir, we don't have X in stock, can we put you on a waiting list or interest you in something else". HECK, knowing me I'ld say "OK, put me on the waiting list AND I'll buy a couple of ...".
 
all i'm saying is fuscus has the right to complain. and brodie your talking about bad mouthing them what about you bad mouthing me when my spotted python didn't eat isn't that the same thing. maybe you should think before you say. fuscus has done the right thing his tryed. like they say if they wanted your money they will contact you busy or not. if that was me i'll take my money to someone that will answer your questions and ring back when they say they will. so i'll say fuscus has done the right thing in this situation.
 
LOL Afro he gived me excelent service and I have to recomend him by my standard.
I have 4 beautifull hatchlings for $400 and no problem with communication at all.
And on other side you have Fuscy with so many troubles. I am sure that fuscus is credible person.
I would like to ask Baritji to find out what is the problem. Just to see what the man have to say about that. Mabe something we don't know.
Lot of people are buying from him lately and They all would like to see if snakes NT is credible business.
They are turning lot of money, seling lot of snakes and prosper well so they must do
something right.
We have to remember that he is not member here and he have no chance to defend him self.

I am not knocking them and have had no dealings with them neither have I attempted to deal with them. The reason I have not attempted to deal with them is that I have heard more bad than good in relation to them. I have no proof of this, I will not say where I have heard it or who from, I just choose not to deal with them.
If this ruffles any feathers, so be it.
 
Would have to agree with fuscus in this one guys. If you have any experience in the retail industry you will understand that without a customer you will have no business. If the guy promised to call him back then he should have done. Put it on your list of priorities for the next day and be straight on it. If he was too busy then he should have said can you call me back or I don't have what you want etc etc. I'm sure then fuscus would have been more than understanding.
You need to remember that the customer is never wrong, even if they are, as you will never be successful if you argue with every second customer that walks in the door.

:D I nicked it, but then modified it a little - it now works itself in reverse as well as just forwards! :wink: I can't remember where I got the fight one from, but I've got a whole smorgasboard of stuff :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
Remember when you complained about Bigguy Slateman. It resulted in clearing up a few things and having him contribute to the site.
That is what complaining does.
It usually leads to the resolution of a problem.
I am sure when Ben rings Fuscus he will resolve the problem dont you.

On the contact issue. I think you'll find that there is sat coverage all over.

AND why is it ok to start shifting blame to someone else who we may or may not know over past problems but not complain about current issues?

I am not shifting any blame, and I am not saying that people should not complainin.
I am not saying that fuscus have no right to complain.
Please read my posts properly. I am not disputing what the other people are saying.
On the other hand; I have right to say something nice about the guy if he did right by me. I had only good experiance with him. All this looks like double standard by you. People have right to complain and not right to say nice things?
I simply would like to find out why is all this happening to Fuscy. There can be simple explanation.
So Peter don't get exited as I am not saying anything you should be upset.
By the way, what blame I am shifting mate? You have me confused.

By all the fairness, people who do like his business have right to post here same as you.
When I complained about the Bigguy, many people defended him and on the end we talked on the telephone and our little problem was sorted out.
So that is why I am asking Baritji to talk to Ben to clear cloud.

And Peter, Fuscus is highly respected by me and I am sure that he agree with my aproach. I did not criticize his post in any way as you will find out if you read mine contribution here.
 
I have absolutely no problems with Slatemans comments nor do I doubt that other people have had good service from the company. If you have had good experiences you should post them as if you have had bad experiences. Nor am I commenting on the quality of his reptiles and I bear no ill will to SnakesNT, in fact I think they play an important part in the hobby. I only think that they need to improve their customer service. I am very willing to talk to Ben directly.

I would really like to find out what is happening in your case from Ben. I am recommending his business to other people, and if he is behaving badly and people who do business with him after I recommended him do have problem, that will make me look bad.
I hope that Baritji will talk to him. If not, I will call him my self.
