Handling Pygmy Bearded Dragons

Hi all
Am getting a pair of 6 month old pygmy bearded dragons this weekend and would like to know some things about handling them.

Firstly, are they a good reptile to handle or are they "jumpy"?

Secondly, how often should i handle them in the first few weeks? Do i need to handle them to get them used to me?

Finally any suggestions on names for my new freinds?
Any help would be much appreiated.

Awwwwww.... good on you, they were my first lizards.... they are good to be handled, i used to put one on each shoulder... they can be jumpy especially when young but mine were handled alot when young, so i didnt have that problem (i got mine at 3 months old)...
