hatchling turtle broken claw?

Hi one of my hatchlings hasnt been swimming really strongly to get food out of my hand like the other one. I think he has a broken claw because it is at a 90 degree angle. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is anything you can do for a broken claw with a hatchling? thanks alot for any advice.

to mean claw like the nail or this hand/fliper?

i have turtles with missing nails and they are all strong swimmers
