sup everyone..

I’m having trouble heating my URS 60x45x45 with 5w heat mat.

It seems to not go past 30 in middle of the day and it’s set to it’s highest temp. It’s not one that has the sticky sides so I’m assuming it’s losing lots of heat without being sandwiched onto the tank. I just tried putting some cardboard underneath but didn’t make a difference if anything it was colder.
Not sure what I’m doing different compared to when coastal was in it and it would sit 28-34 all day and night

I have a 7w mat laying around that does have a sticky side and a “controller”(thermostat?)
But it’s quite large at 30x15 and not sure if I can use it.

If worst comes to worse I’m willing to buy a medium sized wooden enclosure or put one together while she goes back into her tub.

Anyone have ideas on what I can do?
