Hi, just picked up a bredli hatchy and im doing an exo terra display enclosure just wondering what product can i use to sit the lamps on top (on the mesh) and what globe should i use. i currently have a head matt, though want to use lights also.

ha mate well globes i would use a cerramick because they last a long time and work well might be a bit dearer though but will save u in the end cheers!!!

I sit a lamp on top so that the globe doesn't quite touch the wire mesh
look at the top of this pic. there is a heatlamp on the left and a fluro on the right.

Yeah I have my geckos in enclosure like that and use a big heat dome lamp thing similar to renegades. I only use a 40 watt lamp but the floor temp reaches mid 20's and the mesh roof doesn't get very hot at all.

That I think is a lot safer than having globes on the inside.
