Since he shedded his head his had these two lumps that kind of look like blisters should I be worried, he has been getting near the heat lamp more than usual could that be why he has them? His cage temperature has been normal. I might be worried over nothing I just want another opinion before I race off to the vet all panicky over something silly.

Oh and the link was a little helpful there was a couple if things I didn't think off like crickets or retained shedding, we don't usually leave crickets in with him but we realised a few days ago that a couple had been hiding ( I would think only for 24hrs as we regularly check the whole tank) so I'll be keeping an eye on him to see if it changes though any more information would be great

They are blisters one just popped any suggestions on maintaining them to lessen chance of infection?

Afew things have mentioned heating lamps ect to high or close to them can cause them like burns... They should go by themselves but if they start to turn green or black maybe get them checked out.

What temperatures are you running in the enclosure? Basking, cool end and warm end please.
What are you using to heat the enclosure? Heat bulb (if so, what colour?), heat mat etc...
What UVB do you use and where is it position in the enclosure.
What does his diet consist of?
What supplements do you use and how often to you use them?

Princess parrot thank you for your help I'll be keeping an eye on it, fractal man his cool end is 26c and his warm end is 35 unless it's a warm day then it reaches 40. His heating is a globe it's a oz bright uv heat and light it says it does UVB and UVA it's directed to point near the middle of his 120L tank, but slightly more towards his warmer side by only like 5cm, it's 150w and it's about 60 cm above though we have a branch that is a little bit closer, his about to have a slight rearrangement of things and we have a purple night light that is 75w but he usually sleeps in his hid, his about 8 months old.

How hot is the basking site? If the warm end gets to 40 degrees on a hot day then you can imagine how hot it is under the basking lamp...

Well on a normal day it's 41 so yeah it's defiently a bit too hot

41c under the lamp using a temp probe or gun? This is a good basking temp for bearded dragons. I keep mine with cool end at 23-30c and basking site of 38-44c, this are normal temps for them.

That's with a probe and on a 25c day, I plan on checking in the hot weather again but I need another hot day, I recon it goes up higher on a hot day
