Help please. What is this on our lizard?

Hello, I’m hoping someone can help identify what this is on our Eastern Water Skink.

We’ve had ‘him’ for almost a year. My son noticed this lump a few days ago.
The skink otherwise seems fine, its eating and still active in its enclosure.

I’ve tried googling to no avail.

Someone suggested that it could be impacted. Hopefully it's something simple and he's relieved quickly

Thank you. Took it to the vet on Monday. Vet said it probably had been impacted but has since passed the blockage and now has an inflamed / infected vent. It's been taking oral antibiotics since then and seems to be healing.
