I'm not sure where to put this thread.

I would just like to know what you have to do when selling reptiles in QLD.
Do I need any forms to fill out if selling just in QLD. My pet shop gave me a movement advice form when I bought my beardie. Do I need one of those if I'm selling privately?

Thanks for your help:)

i dont think so.. i think you just need to fill out in your log book that you have sold X amount of that species, and also put in who bought it

You will need movement advice if you sell interstate. Not sure the rules within QLD, but I've used those forms when buying from or selling to folks in QLD.

You DO have to fill in the movement advice if you are selling privately.... Its part of your licence conditions and it is also the law....

Every animal bought or sold has to have a QLD movement advice......

For all movements of animals to and from your collection you need a movement advice. Buying, selling and giving away.
