They can get up to two metres in length.
 
from what i have read the average size would be more around 1.5m but yes they can get up to 2m

They are awsome pythons, i have a pair that hatched late feb/early march this year. They dont get huge, they have an amazing temperament and they look stunning. Only problem i have found is they are shy when it comes to feeding, my female didnt eat for 2 months but after offering her a quail she finally had a feed. Some have no feeding probs what so ever, my male took mice off the cage floor from the word go but you do get some that are that little bit fussy. If you are willing to take the time with any fussy feeders then i suggest you get a couple, they are awsome

My female was exactly the same!!! lol Fussy Women (jokes) .... They are a very awesome snake... No Photo does do them justice... In the flesh is best!!!
 
well it was goingto be a jungle or a rsp but since i cant get one for 2 years then a jungle it is
