Just wondering how many members on here play an instrument??

I play the guitar and bass guitar.
I own - LTD (made by ESP) guitar
- Squire by fender Jazz bass
- my fiance owns a Washburn 12 string acustic and an indian sitar
- Ibanez SR905 (5 string) bass guitar. My pride and joy at the moment.
- Jade hurrican 100 watt bass amp.

Wow it's been a long time since I've played my instruments...but back in the day I had a drum kit, violin, flute..hehehe and a recorder. :p Actually I'm fairly sure I had 4 or 5 recorders. But doesn't everyone?

Sax is great! I have a Tenor that I am starting to learn....harder than learning guitar! Being a singer helps with the breathing though :)

I started playing the violin when I was 3. Mostly classical, but I can play whatever I hear. I also play piano, and digeridoo.

I sing and play guitar mostly now. Have done a couple of gigs, and people seem to really like it. It's wierd to have strangers come up to you and say stuff after you've sung.........makes you feel good though, also boosts your confidence! (cause im usually crapping myself when I have to sing in front of people!) Getting more confident the more I do it. Mostly Missy Higgans, Casey Chambers - girly stuff! My guitar is a Washburn - great sound - I love it!

i used to play sax, was nothing compared to guitar lol

I play guitar and bass...and I'm not going to, uh, boast about my hobbyist-grade equipment here. ;)

Clarinet is my principle.

but i also play

alto clarinet
bass clarinet
soprano sax
alto sax
tenor sax
baritone sax
piccolo
flute
alto flute
oboe
bassoon

and an assortment of toys (ocarina tin whistle etc)

i play the keyboard, quite well actually :)

>>>COMPUTER KEYBOARD!!! gosh for a minute there ppl may have thought i was musically inclined

I was the only child in my school asked NOT to play the recorder.
I got to hold the music up.
I'm not tone deaf, I just can't make what I'm singing / playing match what I'm hearing.

I wish I could've been exempted from playing recorder, the worst instrument in the universe. I had to play it twice, in primary and high school. Guh!
