Ok so i am building a pretty big set of enclosures (1800mmlong by 2000mm high and 900mm deep is the full measuremnts) there will be (from the bottom up) 2 seperate enclosures measuring 900mmdeep,900mmwide and 800mmhigh. Then the next 2 enclosures 650mmdeep, 900mmwide and 700mmhigh. Now the final level will consist of 4 seperate enclosures measuring at 450mmwide,650mmdeep and 500mmhigh...ok so the problem is i want to have the whole lot with (1 in each enclosure) reptileone uva&uvb basking lamp. (i cant remember the name of them) all on the one thermostat. My question is houw would i do this, what wattage ones should i use (its going to be for pythons but may end up with some lizards in there somewhere lol) these will mainly be for lighting and a small amount of heating. Will it be better to use these or just standard energy eficiant globes? (low wattage ones) again if i use these how do i hook them up to a thermostat?....lol also how much will it cost to run these globes/heatlamps? any other help/better ideas than what iv though of will be of great help....sorry for the long thread
