hey guys just wondering wat age size weight can inland carpets breed and r they difficult to breed and the adverage clutch size thanks brenttin

i dont know if its different for murray darlings but generally for carpets they can breed when they are about 4 and normally have about 20 eggs.

cheers mate any 1 else help with this,cos i no spotteds and that breed at 2 and diamonds about 3 just not sure about this guys

no, MD'sARE indeed about 4 - 5 years of age before being mature enough.

Hi Brenttin,
There was a thread started a couple of months ago "Breeding MD's" where the info coming back was fairly consistent with the above, ie 2kgs mimimum weight and 7 feet long, (some say 4kg and max length),...hope this helps.
