Can't help when we have no idea of what he looks like?

How long is a piece of string?

I think there's supposed to be a picture with this? If so, it hasn't come through.

Although I don't know much about caring for blueys specifically, I'd think that he'd need to be kept warm to keep his metabolism going. Probably best to track down a wildlife carer. Call WIRES in NSW.

you could bathe the wounds in diluted betadine for a few days,..., that would probably be sufficient if theres not too many or not too deep,...

i agree that providing heat would be a good idea,.....

definitely need to provide him with some heating, a 5 watt heat mat should do the trick if your stuck for option. You'll also need to give him access to natural sunlight regularly especially if you dont have a UV light on him - obviously thats more important if he is having a longer stay in rehab.
As previously suggested antibiotics will probably be needed, but if the wounds are shallow cleaning them with something like betadine or even a salt water solution may be sufficient.
I would take him for a quick vet visit, just call ahead and see if they would mind having a quick look at some stage during the day. Also registering with a wildlife caring organisation will cover you're a ss legally but it's not likely that anyone will come around to check your license/animals, DERM have never visited me anyway
