Irian Jaya Temps?

Hi all!

I've read alot of conflicting info regarding temperatures to keep irian jaya carpet pythons at. I was hoping some of you could let me know what temps you have successfully kept irian jayas with.

Hi David, We don't have Irian Jayas in Australia (legally anyway), are they kept at different temperatures to regular carpets?
I provide my carpets a basking area of 35 Celsius and a cooler area of about 27 hope this helps.

You keep them exactly the way you would any of the northern Australian carpets (cheynei, mcdowelli, variegata). They do not need to be kept warmer but they are slightly less cold tolerant.
