Is it true you can feed rats on,lets say Chum Crunchy dog biscuits????
Is it true dont feed your rats to many veg, carrots,ect ect.

no animal should be fed on chum as it is crp! but in short yes you could, it would not be a complette and balanced diet but they could survive on it for a short time (if they dont get to fat to move)

ps - i hate chum

dog food is really high in protein, so is good for them, as long as its not too full of fat, especially after giving birth.
well thats what the rats/mice at my old place were fed.

I use dry dog biscuits along with whole grains and cereal as my rats dry food. And mine also get veg every day (carrots are a daily staple)

Mine get pony pellets and veges. Usually carrots and celery which is what I normally have on hand. They love them!!
