It may seem a bit mundane but there is work in construction/laboring get your "Whitecard" and Traffic Control Ticket and look for work in traffic control, lol you know...Lollypops. It pays really well, I know I have paid workers around $35-$40 an hour plus setup costs in the city. Another good ticket is the RISI ticket for work with Railcorp, another great paying job. It pays to increase your training, TAFE is great. Traineeships are so-so, if you are willing to survive on trainee wages =( Just make sure there is a job for you at the end of your 1 or 2 year sacrifice, I know lots of shady types that rely on trainees to do the bulk of their work for a handful of magic beans each week, then at the end of it just hire new trainees.
It depends on what you like doing, no use going to work everyday in a job you hate. My sister is a neat freak, so she started her own cleaning business, within 3 months she was making around $1200 a week from regular clients, it worked for her because she actually enjoys cleaning lol.
Work on getting your drivers licence sorted and it will open up many more opportunities for you, good luck!
