sorry to be a pain with all my posts and threads can anyone tell me what i have to do to obtain a herp licence do i fill out the papers and then send off a money order?? or is it more complicated because i might go to my local herp shop and ask them to help me fill it out.

As you are in WA, go here Department of Environment and Conservation - How to make an application, click the first link 'Pet Reptile Keepers' to open and print the application form. Yes, fill out the papers and send it off with a money order or your credit card details filled in. It is simple, you wont need help.
