hey guys my mate just sent his australian native reptile license form in the mail, and is eager to know if there is any way he can get the snake before it returns, say getting emailed the license.

If it had been applied for online, he would've received his licence almost immediately (via email). As it was mailed, I am not sure whether he will receive it electronically or through the post. His best bet is to ring them and ask.

You can get a class 1 license instantly on line if you go to the Department of Environment and Climate Change website. They generally email it to you within a couple of minutes of payment (by credit/debit card), in which case he could then go buy his snake, I don't know how he'd go seeing as he's already sent it through the mail though.
