lumps in my bredli's tail

Hey there, I have a 6 year old Bredli who's about 6.5ft long.

Over a while now I noticed a small lump on the side of his tail down by his cloaca, they don't seem to be tender or cause him any pain, but as he gets bigger so are the lumps.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

what substrate is he on,it might have something to do with the bumps

Just has a few branches (same ones for the last 6 years) and a cardboad hiding box and newspaper.

Oh, he also never loses his appetite, always accepts food and it active and healthy besides these strange lumps.
