Ok i am after a way to distinguish between the different locales of MD. Anyone have any info on differences between them.

Also is anyone breeding gammon range as im interested in some also what price do they go for?

Individuals from the Murray River region of Victoria (where they are also called Vic Carpets) are generally covered with a dark, almost black pattern contrasted with a lovely silver background. As you move further north into New South Wales the dark pattern becomes a lighter brown colour, and as you move into South Australia increasing touches of maroon appear in the sides of the snakes the further south you go.

The Murray Darling Python is a locale of the Inland Python.

The Gammon Ranges is actually more closely related to the Southwest Carpet than the Inland Carpet. And as for price, i have no idea.

Cheers
