The meat rabits and chooks does anybody know there breed?

The chickens are known as broiler chickens. Other varieties can be used for meat, but that's what you get at the local chicken shop. There are a variety of meat rabbits. New Zealand whites are used for medical research and are also a meat breed. CSIRO has developed the Crusader breed for Australian meat production. Many large breeds can be used. Both the chickens and rabbits are very placid eating machines in my experience (medical research experience for the most part).
