g'day all
well i thought i'd give you's a little update as to whats happening...
well i recived my free reptile goodies from matt a couple of weeks ago.. and have since brought a two foot tank and stand.. my tank is pretty much set up except theres no snake in it... i've been in contact with greg (page) and the 3foot enclosure he has for me will be picked up tomorow and i should get it either that day or the next... i've also been in contact with rob (through pm's) and it seems to be all underway.. he has all my relevant info so now all that needs to be done is get the little fella packed up and sent off... i'm getting so dam excited!!! :mrgreen:

well the battery's all charged for when i do get the little fella but in the mean time here are some pics of his future home..

it has a warm end around 38 and a cool end around 19..
i plan to get some kind of background so the little fella wont feel so exposed...

Goonellabah to be precise. Moved out to study a couple of years ago though. Is this your first snake if so you going to have a hard time leaving him alone to begin with. I was absolutely fascinated with my first spotted python fluffy probably annoyed the hell out of him to begin with. Now got a pair of spotteds hopefully to breed next year and a couple of yellow phase beardies (love the tough guy personalities the males have).

I have to say rob sounds like a top bloke.

lismore was fine, Alot of people I know who left saying bad things about it as they went are coming back. I miss being twenty minutes from the beach. being in brisbane means an hour+ drive. No fishing up here either. :x

lismore is cool! though i also was fond of bermague(amazingly bad spelling). lismore has some awsome fishing!!!!!!

my setup is slightly different, i got a tub! its all setup to with a warm and cold side(cold side was at 15'C this morning i found out my window was open, that won't be happening again!)

megz you must post pics the moment you get your bredli and i will be sure to do the same!

Sackra,- leave the window open 15 degrees in cold end this time of year a good thing, remember hes always got the warm spot. But youll be amazed, as long as you dont feed to much, how much time he will spend in the cold end if you let him.
