NSW species code for Nephrurus levis occidentalis?

hi there, I am after the species code for the western knob tailed Gecko, Nephrurus levis occidentalis as I need it for an import permit. I rung the NSW Wildlife Licensing and management unit and they did not know the code as they claimed that none have been brought into NSW by way of a permit. so can anyone help me out? thanks.

so Ramsayi on my permit i should just put A2112 N.levis Smooth Knob- tailed Gecko and not worry about putting down Occidentalis?

Thats correct.occidentalis are one of a few sub species of N.levis
