Hey everyone, just wondering if there's any computer gurus out there that could help me. I have an Audio CD from university and the lecturer keeps saying that I should be seeing a powerpoint presentation. I'm 90% sure I shouldn't have to go online and get it from another source. Am I playing it wrong or have they sent me a dodgy Audio only CD?

Cheers

Not quite sure I understand everything here... But did you 'explore' the CD through 'Computer'?

it may be the version

Hi it just maybe that you have a different version of Powerpoint, meaning it may have been made on Office 2007 or older though its the same product they still have that conversion issue. I'd say it was just a glitch in the burning is prolly ur answer though but try and use explore disc as someone advised previously.
Can you get another copy?

Sorry for the late reply, yeah slim6y, I've explored it through computer.

dewwildspirit, thanks for your help, I'll ring the uni and explain, they may send another out.

try downloading powerpoint viewer, (pm sent.)

it may help if its a compatability issue, or even if you dont have powerpoint installed, it may be quicker than wait for uni

what do you mean by 'an audio cd' ? do you mean a standard CD-R (700mb) because they can store data, they're not just for burning CD's :)
