I was wondering if anyone knew of a good probiotic that can be given to Inland Bearded Dragons?
I have recently treated my Beardie's for parasites and they have almost completely lost their appetite and are losing weight, in fact 1 of them doesn't seem well at all. I have given these medications to my other beardies before and it always takes ages for them to start eating normally again.
I believe that 1-2 weeks after the final treatment, giving them some probiotics might be beneficial. So does anyone know of a suitable one to give to reptiles such as these?

Cant help with pro-biotics but I've used T-Rex hydro-life to keep one of my beardies going when he hadn't eaten for nearly 2 months and was losing weight even after vet treatment. It's an electrolyte formula and I gave him a dropper full each day. After a week he started having some apple puree and a week after that, mushy pellets. A week later he started eating the odd woodie and meal worm and now he's fine again.
I got it from Pails for Scales in ballarat.
The bottle says it aids in the treatment of shock, dehydration, exhaustion and starvation.

Yes, have used them with success on recuperating lizards. I haven't tried it on snakes or turtles but I was told it had been given to crocs before being transported. How true that is I dont know. It came from a rep of the distributor.

i used a dairy free human one, it worked a treat. :p

otherwise it was a fluke cos 1 had been syringe fed fro 5 months and suddenly started hammering roaches,...
