Just a quick no or yes question, do you feed your bear dies as much as your are or do you feed them less and heat them the same or less over winter?
thanks

It all depends weather they are older or still youngens. If they are young, keep the heat up and feed them the same, if they are a year old or older you can let them naturally brumate over the cooler months.

Yeah there around 1yr and 7 months and there a breeding pair so bromate them (feed less and cool a bit?)

Just shorten the length of time you have the lights on by a couple hours over winter and they will prob move into the cool end and sleep for a couple months then u dont really feed them at all unless they r sitting under the heat lamp.

Because ambient temps havnt dropped that much just yet..

if they are still basking keep offering food, when they stop eating cut back on the light and heat,if they go to sleep fully you can turn off everything after a while

Ok mine stopped eating for a day but then started eating again not sure if that's good or bad but yeah and they don't seem to be basking as much as they normally do ATM so I think they might be starting to brumate :) but when I turn everything of dragonlover1 do I even turn of the UVB or just have that on?

u can turn it all off.. they are not eating therefore not growing therefore not requiring calcium uptake from the UVB.
