Rat breeders in Vic

Looking for any info on rat breeders/suppliers ect in Victoria, MUST be in the state and MUST be legitimate.
currently getting them from a pet store but the price is rather inflated, so food is becoming very expensive...
any info is appreciated

There are loads, but I buy from Mark Everett (The Rat Factory) He's in Colac, but often does runs up to the city.
