realated & unrealated pairs

Hi everyone i came across something i found a bit bizar earlier. I was always under the impression that an unrealated pair were from different parents. What i read on another post from on here earlier today from god knows when was a guy trying to say that an unrealated pair can be from the same parents but from a different clutch does anyone find this bizzar like myself if not can somebody explain. This wasnt a trio he was talking about either.Ill search for the post and see if i can find it again and put it up.
