Record Book? (previous form number)

On my record book it says previous form number but it's the first page so do I just put the form number that is on that page?

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
If it's your first ever record book you leave that part blank. The number refers to the page completed before moving to that page i.e. if you have a full page of Antaresia Maculosa transfers/purchases or sales then you would put that number at the top of the new page for that group.
