Some help please

Hello everyone, I'm new around here so if this is in the wrong place, I apologise.

I found this gecko the other day at work and was wondering if anyone could let me know what the white "dumps" are on its neck?

They're calcium pouches they help with egg development, meaning it's female.
Oh yeah it's a Marbled gecko too.
