Looks like a bit of retained shed.It needs to come off.

its retained shed. it must come off. put your snake in a damp warm pillow case for 30 minutes then gently rub the retained shed with the pillow case when you remove the snake and it should come off. pm me if you have any problems

retained shed

spray or dab with water, that little bit will slid right off:D

It is a piece of the old shed. Soak it in warm water for 10 minutes and gently peel it off

Make sure if you see these in future to get them of asap, because during the next shed another piece will get stuck on the other, this can eventuate to the blood supply being cut off to the tip of the tail, meaning it could eventully fall of

thanks for the help guys. just did it this morning. she didnt like the warm water tho. thought shed be okay with it since its a bit cold this morning. but yeah put her in a container and took it right off with a damp towel. =) thanks heaps! shouldve seen it sooner but at least im trying! hehe =)

Yea water does the trick every time well don i couldnt help but notice noticed that ur using some sort of dust is it aspen? Not tryna be a tool mate but from past expiriences aspen has been a real problem for me as many of my snakes got it stuck in the sides of their mouths and i also found it to be quite dusty wich means they inhail a lot of that dust and that can cause some problems so i stuck to news paper and it works great cheap, easy to clean and best of all doesnt effect the snake other than that you have a great lil snake, have a good one.
