ok, well i'll explain first and the question comes at the end.

you know how SOME people think that we evolved from apes?
and if there is a nucular explosion or whatever cockroaches will be the only think left? does that mean that over time we will evolve from cockroaches??

BTW i didnt think up this question, im just asking it

I think the "only roaches left after a nuke war" myth is just that, a myth. I think things would survive albeit in isolated pockets of the globe, which in itself might give rise to evolutionary adaptions by surviving species. Chances of us (as humans) re-evolving from roaches is about as likely as my winning powerball tonight!

The cockroach thing is a myth... people saw them survive in a microwave and thought "hey... they can survive radiation, they can survuve nuclear war."
Feed a roach up on carrot and put in the microwave for 1 minute....,"BOOM!" it's a liquid thing.
Microwaves are also not a very nasty form of radiation, physios use them to warm tissue up.
