Maybe you should loose privileges of keeping reptiles.

Stop putting people down. Yes a naive move, but no need too bad mouth people flat out as you often do. Only offer constructive criticism or don't put your two bobs in.

I have to agree with Brenton, it was an easy mistake. I personally used a small amount of tape to affix a thermometer to the inside of an enclosure, and my bhp had tape and thermo attached to her within a day. I felt terrible and never use tape as a rule, just thought it would be ok....mistakes happen, as long as people learn from them, be it personally or via aps. Maybe the OP has stopped another person considering tape as ok......

Well now I can be added to the "go sit in the corner"list :( here I was gliding along on my smug rug..... NOW I have fallen off :( way back 12 months ago I made a clickclack for my 2 coastals..... it was "perfect" except for the digital thermometer I stuck(with its own adhesive) to the "inside" of the click clack  Stupid I know, even stupider was I just didnt think about it because until now it hasnt been an issue...... The thermometer fell off onto the floor of the click clack and Pandora(9 week old hatchy) some how got the top of her head stuck to the sticky side. She got herself off, how I know she was stuck to it is because 1/2 of her head is slightly duller in colour and there are 2 tiny fibers sticking to her head. Pandora's head does not seem sticky, and the sticky surface of the thermometer's adhesive side was not all that sticky.... My question is, Should I "do" anything(other than  ) for her and have I done permanent damage? Feel free to flame at will :(

Lol don't worry if there's no skin damage don't stress if there's any residual sticky crud it will come of in it's next she'd just learn from mistakes.

Thank-you Brenton, I think she was more "hissed" off at me for touching her head(firey little jungle spitfire lol) I can rest easier now, and lesson is well learned ;)
