ummm ...i know there needs to be more done in the field of preventing rape, but i dunno whether this is the way to go about it.
Plus the whole trauma a victim is put through by being threatened and feeling vulnerable isn't solved by this contraption anyway.
Nonetheless, a very sensitive and serious issue

In all seriousness, if that's one way of putting off some of these rapists, then so be it! I thiknit's important to note this device is of South Africandesign, my brothers just come back from visiting his g/f there and the crime is through the roof, he said it's completely unbelievable to anyone who hasn't seen it. The Afrikaaners are NUTS they'll do anytihng to stop themselves being victims, and i must admit it more empowering to know you won' be a victim, than to be a victim and ask the policve to sort it out.

In alot of modernised western countries, we are expected to sit down and allow a crime to be committed against us, then turn to police to sort it out. Over there, they believe in prevention, not treatment!

Dude you are not thinking of the bigger picture, legalising guns would do far more harm than good. All well and good lets all get guns and shoot the rapists and murderers, but try tell that to a victim of the Port Arthur Massacre....
If guns were illeagal at that time there is a good chance that it would never have happened.
You speak of the scum that should be shot, geuss what dude, it would be those scum that get hold of these guns and rape even more chicks at gunpoint then kill them....

You think I havent heard all that before Alex? Gun crime has not gone down, theres more illegal weapons here than ever. By the way guns were illegal mate, had the cafe owner had one it would have finshed quick with less death.
