Heres a few pics of underwaterworld in Mooloolaba
We went there today,It was pretty good but they only had 2 file snakes Although i could not get a good photo of them as they were at the bottom of the water behind some branches

The underwater viewing is awesome,I got some good video shots of it but the photos dont turn out real well in there .

All in all it was a good day out.

Fifth picture down "quick, get me higher, we's gotta get outta here, the screws are comin"....he he, turtle jail break

Got any pics Dobby?

Yeah about 50 more plus almost 1 hour of video .

The acrylic they use on the underwater viewing/moving platform
is 60 mm thick and they say that the curve of it makes the sharks and rays look 30% smaller then they actually are

Some of the sharks looked 8- 10 feet long when under them and the rays we were told were about 2 metres across

Big Rays!!!! pity u can't eat them. plastic tasting pieces of rubbish......soz don't mind me :D

We went there a year and a half ago. We found the turtles were very crowded, so I hope they have fixed that up a little. There was a fish there that couldn't turn around in with the turtles, as there was such little room. Like Aussie Zoo heaps better, but it was okay. I loved the huge crab! It was so massive :p
