never seen a carpet with that kind of patterning, where did the pic come from?
 
Looks like it may have a bit of scrubby in it....
 
was thinking exactly the same thing hugsta, the scales are very large. A head shot would be good
 
My guess without seeing a better pic would be some kind of cross
 
Bredli x coastal. Thats what the colours are saying to me anyway. Or even athertons x bredli.
 
Did you take that at Bredl's Reptile Park when you were here yesterday Mark? Must go and have a look one day,haven't been there for about 10 years. Bit slack I guess, but when you are a local, you tend not to do the touristy thing like visiting Reptile parks. Cheers Cheryl :)

i would agree with carpet x scrubby... who knows what type of carpet, be nice to find out for sure but that patterning looks very scrubby to me
 
It seems to me like there is a lot of murray darling in it. The orangy red colour and the grey are a dead give away to me. imo
 
Are we going to find out what it is or is all this guessing in vain???
