You are right Cheryl, I have a few grey hair and some wrinkles (laugh lines) I do weight training at the gym and can leg press 320kgs x 28...not bad for a 'Nana' :wink: I feel fantastically healthy and love living! Definitely not old....and love da froggys too Instar! :wink:

Yes Judy, when I go to work at the Renmark Tower Tavern, I usually run enuf behind the bar and around the Pokie room to class that as exercise. I love being flat out behind the bar for 5hrs. that's my exercise regime, and I'm happy with that. Cheers and yes I'm gone to bed now. Nite!

Good on ya Cheryl! You may have read previous posts of mine when they were chatting about what we do for work...From '87-'97 I managed a small hotel in Manitoba /Canada...I LOVED how I used to be 'flat out' during my shifts too...with the VLT's (pokies), the vendor, the bartending, the breaking up of fights... :cry: :cry: ..then when it came time to unload the slabs of beer from the beer delivery truck and load it into the cooler...that would take me a good hour or so...but I loved every minute of it. seriously...I enjoy having jobs that I am not sitting at a desk all day/// :roll:

I choose pics of me that are taken in bad light , from a distance or from behind. Grey hair? I have bottles for that. Wrinkles? I have no cure for them. And there they are mocking me! My greatest joy is looking in the mirror without my glasses - Looking okay. lol

Bah - It's all in the head and heart. When my head works, I'm fine. But when do you know if you're thinking young or the dementia has just kicked in?
