What are these?

Hey guys I found these tiny red worm things in my turtle pond. Does anyone know what they are?

I haven't fed them bloodworms.
I found them in my filter when I cleaned it a few weeks ago and then I just found them today on the rocks in the pond.
On the rocks there are these little dirt things and when I wipe it they're underneath it.

That just looks to be algea or something. Always found it in the filters when I had fish.
The red worm looks alot like a Bloodworm.
 
I can't recall feeding them bloodworms.
Those dirt thing weren't there the other day and when I went out today they were all over the rocks.
