i have brought one of those it seems to work for me
i have the exact same one i have two one has 1 outlet an the other has 2 outlets only thing is when you plug you heat source into the adapter ya just have to put in upside down if that makes sense

On a side note, I have one at home for certain occasions and it works like a bomb (No, it doesnt blow up)
