No its definetely a keel back(fresh water snake) the scales are keeled where as the rough scaled snake or clarence river snake as some people like to call it the scales are not or did i get that the wrong way around damn this wine lol
but it depends because of all the floods the snakes are fleeing it depends where the snake was found but i havnt really seen a keelback so wouldnt really no the closest thing i no of that picture is a roughy
