hi I am new to this site I have a five month old spotted python sh eats two velvets every ten days, and has shed 3 times since I bought her on the 18th feb she is about 5 months old weighs 25 grams and measures in at 46 cms. I am new to snake keeping and was wondering if these stats are withion normal range? at the moment she is off food and wont come out of her hide rock, she also in the process of shedding . should I leave her until she is ready to come out? or should I encourage her out to aid in the shedding process. as movement would help get rid of her old skin. I would appreciate opinions from anyone.:?

Leave her, when shes ready to shed she will come out and do her thing.
You can lightly mist her or the enclosure to help her along if you want

leave her to finish the sheding process, and as previously mentioned you can lightly spray the enclosure . If the snake doesn't shed properly, just soak her in luke warm water for around 10 minutes then return her to the enclosure to hopfully finish the shed.
if she is not feeding it may be because of the weather , sometimes they go off their food around this time of the year.
