Gotta be a hatchling. Check out what kind of geckos you have in that area, then look for pictures of the hatchlings. My 2cents....

its a asian house gecko. at night they sit next to light and eat bugs. they also make a realy strange sound

If it has small spines or bumbs or whatevea u call them on its tail then it is a Asian House gecko

It looks to me like an asian house gecko, well populated throughtout that area and fiji...when we were there this year they were every where.
